Returns
We want you to be stoked with your DSCND gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Goggles that have been worn on snow or lenses that have had their protective film removed and show signs of use may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your order. DSCND Optics is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by DSCND Optics or a defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dscndoptics.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We'll work with you to make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product or color, please contact us. Depending on inventory availability, we may be able to arrange an exchange. Otherwise, you can return the original product and place a new order.
Sale Items
Products specifically marked Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Warranty Claims
Returns for manufacturing defects outside the standard return period may be covered under DSCND's product warranty. Contact us with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue so our team can review your claim.
