Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in your DSCND gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make the return process simple.
USA & Canada Returns
Full-price items may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date for a refund to the original form of payment.

Full-price items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original ship date.

All returned products must be unused, unworn, and in new condition, with all original packaging, tags, lenses, cases, bags, accessories, and other components included.

Goggles and lenses showing signs of use, scratches, damage, modification, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Products purchased from an authorized DSCND retailer or anywhere other than DSCND’s website must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or arrived damaged or defective.
International Orders
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for DSCND to inspect and process your return after it arrives.
Once processed, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact DSCND Optics with your name, order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
Manufacturing defects may also be covered under the DSCND Optics 2-Year Limited Warranty.
