Goggle Warranty Policy

2-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind every product we make. DSCND Optics goggles are backed by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects involving the goggle frame, magnetic lens system, strap and buckle, foam construction and adhesion, and lenses. If your DSCND product has a covered defect, we will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, repair the product, replace the affected component, replace the product, or provide a comparable replacement if the original product is no longer available.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses, cosmetic damage, damage caused by crashes or impacts, improper use or storage, modifications, loss or theft, or damage resulting from accidents or negligence. Fogging caused by weather conditions, perspiration, face coverings, blocked ventilation, or other external factors is also not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase may be required. All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by DSCND Optics.

 If your goggles are damaged due to a crash or other non-warranty situation, you may be able to purchase a replacement pair at a reduced price, subject to product availability.
